The Thing. A prequel to The Thing. Essentially a remake of the 1982 J Carpenter's chilling classic. Not bad but not great 5/10

The Thing - Some silly CGI aside, not a bad effort. Decent cast, some nifty scenes but not a patch on Carpenter's masterpiece. 6/10

The Thing 7/10 Quite slow paced at times but the gory scenes make up for it. Some of the finest puppet effects in film!
