Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call-New Orleans-7/10-Compelling, though it treads familiar territory. Nicolas Cage is suitably insane.

Best work from Nichlas Cage since Leaving Las Vegas in Bad Lieutenant. Very entertaining film. Loved the look & feel. 3.5/5
